If you are not going to make your appointment let us know as soon as you know. We would prefer to get a minimum of a 10 hour notice so we can get somebody else in that spot as we have a list of people waiting for cancellations. Cancellations that are within the 10 hour window may be charged a 50% cancelation fee. If your appointment is a no call / no show you will be charged 50% of the service you booked. This is a discretionary policy so please contact us as soon as you can.
There is some mild discomfort during but with the use of hard wax and technique Mona is able to minimize this. It's much less painful than razor burn every couple days.

Yes, we just ask that you wear a tampon. We have some in our restroom if you need one. Be aware that you may be a little more sensitive during this time.
We recommend every 3-4 weeks. Usually after 3 waxes you will notice the hair takes longer to grow back and what does grow back is softer.
